Since its founding by Fred and Alyce Loui in 1944, the company has been a cornerstone of innovation and project excellence across diverse industries and has remained a family-owned and managed enterprise.

Notable among these that were formerly owned by Pacific Marine are Unitek Contracting Group, Unitek Insulation, Unitek Environmental Services, Safety Kleen, Unitek Electronics, Lady Ann Cruises, Seabird Cruises, Hawaiian Cruises, Catamaran Cruises, Kem’s Electrical Services,
and Accutron.
